Our biggest release to date! Leadline 2.0 introduces several improvements designed to streamline your review process when reviewing submissions, enhance data accuracy, and improve flexibility when managing candidates.
Improved Submission Drawer 🔎
We've updated the UI to be more informative when reviewing candidate submissions for positions as well as added the ability to access candidate profiles directly from the submission drawer, allowing you to review candidate details without leaving the page.
Match Score ➡️ Lead Score 💯✅
It’s in our DNA—and in our name. We’ve rebranded Match Score to Lead Score because Leadline’s application experience doesn’t just evaluate how well a candidate fits one open role. It surfaces their overall potential across your entire organization. Lead Score helps you quickly answer: “Is this someone we should invest time in, no matter which position we’re hiring for?”
Tag Candidates Directly from a Position 🏷️
You can now add tags to candidates directly from the submissions page to quickly organize candidate pipelines with more structure and clarity. You can add tags individually or in bulk using the updated bulk actions bar.
Add Candidate Notes Directly from a Position 📝
We have also added the ability to add notes to candidate profiles directly from the submissions page individually or using the updated bulk actions bar as well.
Enhanced ATS Sync Visibility 🔄
Leadline now displays sync feedback from your connected ATS, including success messages or explanations when a sync fails, giving you better insight into your data flow.
Updated Mobile Review Experience 📱✨
Since we updated our desktop experience, we have also updated our mobile UI to better align with our new submission drawer features.
Share Submissions Amongst Teammates 🗣️📫
Have you ever reviewed an applicant and immediately thought, “They’d be perfect for another role on our team”? With our new Share Submission button, you can now share those candidates to the right colleagues in seconds. Quickly send emails to teammates containing the candidate’s submission, so they can engage the candidate faster and move their open role forward—without any extra back-and-forth.
Security Enhancements & Bug Fixes đź”’
Additional updates to stay compliant and keep your data secure and the platform running smoothly.
