Meet Rover AI: A Recruiters Best Friend
More than one-third of organizations spend at least 1 hour writing a job description. When factoring in time to carefully write pre-qualifying questions, organizations can quickly find themselves spending hundreds or thousands of hours on job postings. With Rover - this can now be done in seconds.
With just one-click, Rover can write job descriptions that are optimized for keeping job-seekers engaged and interested. Rover can write job descriptions from scratch, or suggest re-writes of your existing job descriptions (including those synced from an Applicant Tracking System connected to Leadline).
Rover can also scrape the internet and suggest salaries that are competitive to other similar jobs posted in that area - a key factor in attracting qualified applicants.
Additionally, Rover can generate application forms based on the job's requirements to ensure applicants can actually meet the requirements you spell out in a job post.
Simplified Job Board Uploads
You can now pick-and-choose which jobs are uploaded to a Job Feed to give you maximum control over which jobs are included in which campaigns. You can also add rules to your Job Feeds such as only including jobs that have a specific position tag assigned to them. When you publish a job, you'll also get the option to choose at that point whether to schedule it for inclusion on the Job Feed.
Customizable Website Widget CTAs
You can now customize the button text on the Website Widget - instead of "View Position" - you could make it something like "Apply Now" or "Learn More" or "Register" depending on your use case. Regardless of the Call-to-Action text, the buttons will always launch the Landing Page configured for that particular position.
Enhanced Meeting Scheduling
When attaching an automated message flow that schedules a meeting, you can pick-and-choose a meeting host and define additional attendees to make it easier to setup automated meeting scheduling use cases.
