Leadline platform version 1.7 is here! Here's the scoop:
Hi Leadline community,
I am excited to announce the release of platform version 1.7 to the general public!
Meet the New Reporting Module 👋 📈 📊
Introducing a new and improved visual reporting experience for operational recruiting leaders. First, we've simplified everything into one unified reporting page. Access to the reporting tool can be controlled by company administrators.
The new reports introduced are:
Most Popular Jobs This data helps you optimize job post performance.
Channel Performance This data helps you allocate your budget better.
Submissions Snapshot This data helps you identify process bottlenecks.
Conversion Rates This data helps you identify jobs that are hardest to fill.
Talent Acquisition Costs This data helps you quantify your return-on-investment with each of your job boards or advertising channels.
Next, we've implemented personalized dashboards, so everyone in your company can consume Leadline data based on their individual needs. Reports support features like custom filtering and sorting views, can be viewed in various donut, bar or table chart views, and can be downloaded in .PDF (for file sharing), .SVG (for presentations) or .CSV (for BI-tools) format.
Website Widget Default Sorting 🆕 💼 🔝
We've updated the default display sorting of our website widget behavior to load most recently published jobs first.
UI/UX Improvements ✨ 🛠️ 💡
We've standardized the look-and-feel of some of the components you interact with often in Leadline, to promote a smoother learning curve.
Roadmap . . . 🔜 ✨ 😎
Next up, we look to further improve the user experience for reviewing candidate submissions. In addition, we are considering the following:
XML feeds for LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, and others.
