Export Position Reports 📊
You can now export individual position reports as a csv file to generate a master list of all candidates, their information, and application responses.
Includes breakdowns for each question, such as the percentage of candidates who answered A, B, C, etc.
Enables faster analysis and reporting for your team.
Version History in Application Forms 📜
Because you can now export Position Reports, version history of application forms for positions has been introduced:
We’ve introduced version history to ensure data accuracy and consistency when exporting reports.
Candidates who applied before changes were made to an application form are now accounted for.
This ensures clean, accurate reports—even when questions were added or updated later.
Tear-Off Questions 🗃️
Admins can now designate certain application questions as tear-off questions, meaning:
Candidate responses are collected for reporting and compliance purposes.
Tear-Off responses are hidden from hiring managers who don’t need to see them during the review process.
Weightless Questions ⚖️
You can now include weightless questions in application forms.
These questions can be answered (or left unanswered) without impacting the match score shown on the submissions page.
Useful for gathering supplemental or optional information.
Updated Most Popular Jobs Report 📊
The Most Popular Jobs Report now includes:
Position location, clicks, submissions, and application rate.
An updated filters drawer for improved navigation. This is the first step in a broader reporting update coming soon.
