Workflows 👍 ➡️ 📤
You can now create custom sets of hiring stages tailored for specific roles, teams or departments. With workflow-specific automations, Leadline can streamline how jobs get assigned to different users, when Email/SMS templates are triggered, and when candidates get exported to a 3rd party Connected ATS.
With the introduction of Workflows (team-based job assignment rules), we have renamed the 'Authorized Users' feature to Collaborators. Collaborators are also given access to the position, regardless of Workflow rules.
Admin Hub ⚙️ 🛠️
We've consolidated a lot of administrator settings into a single Admin Hub to improve the administrator experience. We've also introduced a few new things admins can do like managing candidate CRM tags and setting up more granular user permissions for other team members.
