Hi Leadline community,

We've added some new features to the product! Details below; 

Export Submission Lists

You can now export applicants for a specific position as a .csv file, making it easier to transfer information from Leadline to your preferred ATS or HRIS system.

User Activity Visibility for Admins

Company administrators can now see when their hiring managers & recruiters are logging in and using Leadline, to better assist you with your team's rollout and adoption of Leadline.

Automatic Position Close Dates

We've introduced a 'close date' setting to all positions. When configured, the position will automatically close on this date/time. You can also choose to display the close date on your job postings.

One-click Social Sharing

We've made it easier to share job postings directly to your social platforms like Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, allowing you to leverage your social media following as a job-seeker audience. If your social media manager has a Leadline account, they can easily share posts directly to your company's social account.

Flexible Notification Preferences 

Users can now update their new candidate alert notification settings from their mobile device, to make it easier for new hiring managers to configure their settings to their liking.

Here's what's coming next:

1. The ability to quickly import application questions from another position
2. More granular meeting scheduling preferences
3. Job-specific hiring processes with customizable email & SMS templates
